We Love: Notting Hill Carnival

Every August bank holiday in Notting Hill the roads are closed, all the shops are boarded up, and the streets are transformed for Europe's largest street festival. Food vendors litter the kerbs with traditional Caribbean food and there are entertainers to be found at every street corner. The parade runs all day throughout Notting Hill and you will soon gather that this carnival is all about the music, food and not forgetting the fashion. With colour as far as the eye can see, and all the extravagant outfits it's a day not to be missed. 

 

 

Notting Hill Carnival Starts this Sunday the 25th with a family day and continues on Monday 26th.
