First stop Spadari al Duomo, to drop my bags and track down Mr Allium B (out in Milan for work), before heading to Cafe Trussardi for aperitivo - a couple of glasses of prosecco, some truly delicious snacks and some great people watching.
Then off for Pizza and Dolce at
Woke well rested and after a delicious breakfast went for a stroll
First stop La Rinascente - The Selfridges of Milan
You could easily spend the weekend here, but with only a day - it was a quick trip to the toy department for a present for Alice & Tom and some oil from the food hall
With presents for little one's sorted, we headed for a stroll along Via Brera towards Corso Como
After lots of shopping, it was time for some culture and a visit to Brera Art Gallery
next stop 10 Corso Como
Last stop Peck - Milan's best deli for olive oil, parmesan and chocolates to take home
