You may of noticed but over here we love all our recipes to be quick, simple, easy and most importantly delicious. You can rustle up this little beauty in minutes, and will certainly make all the other soggy sandwiches jealous in the fridge at work.
You will need:
Ciabatta
Italian cured hams
Mozzarella
Sun dried tomatos
Pesto (homemade or store bought)
There is no set way to 'make' your sandwich, but we like to drizzle a little olive oil on the bread, layer your hams, add the sliced mozzarella, and place the sun dried tomatos on top. Spread your pesto on the other side, and then squish (technical term) them together.
Now you have to just sit back, close you eyes and imagine you are in a small italian courtyard, with the lunchtime sun warming your skin, and a glass of something cold, without a care in the world.
